Exhibit B - The Homemade Burger

A few of you suggested that I make a homemade burger for a side-by-side mold factor comparison. Although the thought of this makes my skin crawl and is quite possibly pushing me over the non-committal edge to complete vegetarianism, I have obliged.

And just to set the record straight, Day One for the McDonald’s burger and fries is technically March 25, 2010 (in fact, the items were a birthday present from our visiting friend, Shahriar — how nice!) while Day One for the homemade burger is March 29, 2010.

      For real, right?! Thankfully, I manage to avoid beef as much as possible and cook a lot of lentils, beans, and vegetables.
