Fun Facts Friday

Inspired by Jill!

Last five people I talked to on the phone:

My Man
My Mother
My Sis
My BFF
The nasty creditor that keeps calling my home line looking for “Latisha”, despite six solid months of getting the same answer. I think the next time I’ll just pretend to be her and see where that goes.

Last five meals I ate:

Puffed Kamut Cereal with Cocoa & Almond Milk
Vegetarian Shepherd’s Pie with Tofu and Red Curry (completely random but worked — I also pretended to be a contestant on Iron Chef while whipping this meal together and I think that added to it’s awesomeness)
Whole Wheat English Muffin Topped with a Sunny-Side-Up Egg, Pan-fried Mushrooms, Goats Cheese and Fresh Basil
Coconut Milk Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie
More Shepherd’s Pie (leftovers, that’s how we roll…)

Last five places I’ve traveled:

British Columbia, Canada
Anaheim, CA
Fribourg, Germany
Basel, Switzerland
London, England

Next five places I go:

To have a shower and finally get out of this morning’s sweaty gym clothes (yes, it’s 3pm)…oh, you meant vacations?!?  Right…well, then:

Santa Cruz, CA
On a backpacking trip in rural California with the girls!
An African safari (well, not really but it sounds cooler than saying I don’t have any other vacation plans)
…to my happy place…??

Last five workouts:

Kettlebell – strength workout
Kettlebell – endurance workout
Kettlebell – puke workout (just like it sounds)
Intense plyometric and sprint workout (after a hot fudge sundae and four glasses of wine [not my brightest idea — my forehead is still bruised] let’s not talk about it)
The epic “FREE bike” wine tour with the sisters

Five things making me happy right now:

My new mug
The California sunshine
Spending time with the hubby after three weeks apart
My friend’s having babies (while I enjoy my full nights’ sleep!)
You reading this ridiculously self-absorbed blog post.

    • You’re such an encourager, Judy! But the thought of writing an entire book scares me! 🙂
