Domestica Featured as Thrive Personal Fitness Recipe of the Month

My Morning Oats Goulash recipe is like the gift that keeps on giving! You know it earned me a guest post on Tosca Reno’s blog and now this month, a guest post over at the blog of Pamela Hernandez, owner of Thrive Personal Fitness.

You can head on over to Pamela’s blog to see my Morning Oats as her featured Recipe of the Month and poke around a bit — she has some great video blogs, like My Favorite Cookbooks and 3 Tip to Get Started on a Fitness Journey.

As for the Morning Oats, have I mentioned it’s kinda popular on Pinterest? Not going to lie — I love that feeling of seeing your own photograph/blog peppered all over a Pinterest search. And although it warms the heart in a purely egotistical way, I have to say the best part of seeing my recipes and blog posts shared around the web is the feeling that I might actually be making a difference in this messed up, unhealthy world.

But at least I know I’m not alone in that quest. Tosca, Pamela, and countless other health bloggers are committed to spreading the word about what constitutes true health and wellness. Won’t you join us?!

Domestically Yours,
Natasha Kay

  1. May I simply just say what a relief to find someone
that genuinely knows what they’re talking about over the internet. You actually realize how to bring a problem to light and make it important. A lot more people should look at this and understand this side of your story. I can’t believe you are not more popular since you surely possess the gift.
