It’s T -4 hours until ghosts, goblins and super heroes start invading our homes and neighbourhoods. Most of us fall into one of two camps: those who have kids who go trick-or-treating and those who stay home handing out treats. Either way, we all end up with a surplus of sugary candy in our homes.
And as all my readers should know by now, rule number one of eating clean and getting fit is GET THE JUNK OUT OF YOUR HOUSE! But just in case you need a little extra reminder, I have a very special guest visiting today with some ideas on how to do a healthier Halloween.
