I’ve shared before how PCOS affected my life but I didn’t tell the whole story. The story of infertility, multiple miscarriages, and feeling like my body was somehow broken for not being able to do the very thing it is meant to do — have babies. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more about my experience with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and the steps I took to go from hormonal havoc to hormonal balance.

In today’s video, I share one of the most important things I did to correct my hormones and heal my PCOS. The beauty industry continues to use inferior ingredients simply because they can. I demand better and have finally found a company that feels the same!

I’m so glad there are other women besides me who believe that we can choose better! I was also diagnosed at 17 with PCOS and was a perfectly healthy teenager. It was unexplained and caused me to worry about ever becoming a mom. I luckily was able to conceive with fertility help, but I don’t want my kids to ever worry about this because of things I have in my control. We’re always switching to safer as options pop up…and will do so forever. Let’s get back to the basics, right??? Glass instead of plastic, no “fragrance” (oils work perfectly!), no teflon, just go back to what grandma and grandpa had! Thanks for sharing Natasha…you’re right, women who band together make sh#* happen!!! XO
